Sophomore Spring

This project is a modern redesign of The Scarlet Letter book cover. I meticulously arranged pearls to form the title, capturing their elegance and symbolism through photography before integrating the image into the final design. The choice of pearls is intentional, representing the significance of the character Pearl, who embodies purity, defiance, and the consequences of Hester’s choices. This design aims to visually reflect the novel’s themes of sin, redemption, and identity.
